LOFT 402 IS AVAILABLE TO RENT SEVEN DAYS A WEEK AS A LOCATION FOR PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILM PRODUCTIONS.

The studio has large south-facing windows and spans 800 sq ft, accommodating teams of 10-12 with 12.5-ft ceilings.

Still Photography or Film and Video Production Fees:

  • 10 hr day: starting at $1000 + $200 Equipment rental

  • 5 (1/2 day) hr day: Starting at $500 + $100 Equipment rental

  • Overtime = $125 Per Hour
